SHIPPING
HOW DO I CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDERS?
Even though we try to ship your order the same day of order because we're super excited about it, sometimes your order may take 48hrs time to process. As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will get a confirmation message including your tracking information.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
We generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Usually it takes 3-7 business days. Estimated Delivery time also depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped.
HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?
All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. We ping you when we ship your consignment and will provide you with a Tracking number. This is the part where you get excited and we keep our fingers crossed that you're home when they come and call before they do !
I NEED IT FAST!
Exceptions are made all the time. Just contact us if you've forgotten your wife's birthday and we'll make it quicker, if possible.

RETURNS
I'VE CHANGED MY MIND. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Oh no! Please tell us what is wrong as we want you to be absolutely in love with your order. Raise a return request by emailing us at

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT NOW?
No worries, we'll make things right. Please send us a video/photo of the issue and we'll escalate it to our fulfillment staff to find a potential solution as soon as possible. :)

HOW DO I PAY FOR AN ORDER?
Koocoe® offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can be rest assured that Koocoe® trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You may use Internet Banking, Gift Cards, Cash on Delivery and other Wallets to make your purchase. Koocoe® also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES (OCTROI OR SALES TAX) WHEN I MAKE A PURCHASE?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Koocoe®. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. Delivery charges are always Free, No minimums. COD is chargeable as per the shipping policy
WHAT IS CASH ON DELIVERY?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on Koocoe.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-O-D) payment method instead. It is available for most pincodes. With COD you can pay in cash as and when the order arrives at your destination. COD is chargeable in accordance to our shipping policy.
HOW DO I PAY USING A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON CHECKOUT?
Yes! We love you and want to keep you and your personal information safe. Your online transaction on Koocoe® is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. Koocoe® uses 256-bit encryption to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing. All credit card and debit card payments on Koocoe® are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.
We do not store your credit card information and it is used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information is purged.
WHAT STEPS DOES Koocoe® TAKE TO PREVENT CARD FRAUD?
Koocoe® realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team. In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.
HOW DO I EDIT OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Please make sure to double and triple check that all items you loved are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is spot on, and the payment method you are using is good to go!
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
In order to get your beautiful new products out to you as soon as possible we can not accept cancellations more than 1 hour after your purchase. If you are within this time frame please email us at

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
DISCOUNT CODES & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Who doesn't love a Sale! Because our sales are only temporary, not a permanent price change, we are unable to honor any price adjustments. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase, no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.
