RETURN POLICY
- Customers can return their order within 30 days of the order delivery.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The product amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment 3-5 business days after we have received the returned products and quality check is done.
- Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable .
- To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on info@Koocoe.com with your Order ID mentioned.
- Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit/discount coupon we give you in your Koocoe® account to place the order for the new product.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs.100, reverse-pickups can be arranged in cases of Dislike, Wrong Model Ordered, Incorrect Size Ordered, or any such issue where we are not at fault.
- Incase of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video of the product received for verification purpose. We can process a replacement/ return only after a verification process is completed.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUND POLICY
What are the terms and conditions for refund?
- You can ask for a refund/free replacement against any of your order within 30 days of its date of delivery, provided that the products are found to be defective/ damaged.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

How long the refund procedure takes?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 Business days.
Where should I return my product?
You are requested to courier the product back to us at the address mentioned on the package and we will reimburse courier charges incase of manufacturing defects only.
I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?
- We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
- If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

Returns
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days later.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Note
We never ask for your Credit/Debit card numbers for initiating refund. Please never give Credit/Debit card numbers and OTP to anyone and also to Koocoe.com
